SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Delays:

In case of delays beyond our control, we will update you with a new delivery date as soon as possible by email. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ivory Threadz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ivorythreadz.in@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not refund

  • Original shipping costs incurred during purchase

  • Gift cards, promotional item

  • Discounts and promo codes

  • Return shipping costs

  • Requests made after 14 days of receipt

  • Returns received later than 14 days after being approved

  • Customs duties

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
